Hi all

We recently had a risoto type dish in a restaurant, it was made with barley and was terific. Does anybody have a recipe for this sot of dish?

Yes, just google risotto + orzo and you'll get lots of recipes. For example

I'm sure that other forum members will google risotto + orzo and post links to what they've found, or copy and paste the recipes.
