There will be an exhibition/sale of art, and presumably crafts, in amongst the pine trees in Pineto on Sunday August 8th. I'm hoping to have a table there.
I haven't signed up yet but apparently it's 15 euro for a spot, and you bring your own table.

What time will that be?

It starts at 9am, and goes on until about 8pm.

I have since found out that there is an 'Artisti in Strada' in Mutignano on the day before, August 7th.  I understand that this is a similar event, with artists selling their wares, but have no times at all for that.
