I am new to the forum and I looking for help with a long term rental property and advice on how to obtain employment in the Pescara/Penne area of Abruzzo.

I have both UK and Italian citizenship and will be looking to move over in approx 3 months or hopefully sooner.

It'll take me at least a couple more years to come up with a reasonable down payment. The longer the period from signing the intial paperwork to closing the deal will make it easier to come up with the down payment.
