Women definetly get a bad deal in Italy when dealing with some tradesmen and men in general - however it doesnt happen everywhere and I have to say a big thanks to all the guys in Damedil and Orsini builders merchants in Scafa who always help me and never treat me like a second class citizen even with my terrible italian!!! - also the bar owner in Manoppello who always  smiles and doesnt complain when I come in to use the internet when he has a bar full of customers! If only all italian men were as pleasent our lives would be less stressful!

Oh I almost forgot in Uncredit Banca di Roma in Pescara the male bank clerks are lovely!
